    Thank you for shopping at LCSC! We value your business.

    We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for [a full refund], [store credit], or [an exchange]. 

    We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

    Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

    • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • The item must be in the original packaging.
    • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
    • Buyer will be responsible for the cost of return.
    • Shipping costs are Non-Refundable! If you receive a refund, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to: mail@lcsc.co.uk

    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If your refund is approved, this will be processed within 10 days and paid via PayPal.

    Late or missing refunds

    • If after 10 – 12 days you have not received a refund, first check your bank account. Then contact PayPal or your bank / card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
    • Please be aware, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
